The "Journal of Seismology and Earthquake Engineering" is an open-access scientific journal, published quarterly by "International Institute of Seismology and Earthquake Engineering" since 1998. The journal uses the one-side blinded policy of peer review and follows the principles and criteria of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) in the review and publication of scientific articles. The purpose of JSEE is to present current knowledge and scientific research achievements as well as applied research results in the fields of "Seismology, Structural Earthquake Engineering, Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering, and Seismic Risk Management" and to create a forum for scientists, engineers, specialists and students to communicate with each other. At present, the Quarterly Journal of Seismology and Earthquake Engineering does not charge a fee for processing articles, including registration, reviewing, editing, and publishing.
